How does the Snail Mail Club work?
It’s a monthly subscription to a curated world of physical mail! Every single month, we design, print, write, and hand-mail a brand-new themed package directly to your physical mailbox. No tracking screens, no digital noise! Just the pure joy of receiving meaningful mail made by a real person!

What are my subscription options and pricing?
We offer a variety of option to fit your budget and commitment style. 
(All prices are in CAD)

• One-time Purchase: $13.00 CAD. For the person who is curious about Mail Clubs, or who just loves the art this month but doesn't want to seal the deal on a recurring delivery....yet! 
• Monthly Subscription: $13.00 CAD / month. 
  (monthly recurring payment, cancel anytime before the 15th, or automatic renewal will be applied for the next delivery).
  
• 6-Month Pass (Save over 10%!): $70.00 CAD upfront payment - makes a great gift!
  
• 1-Year Pass (Best Value - Save 20%!): $125.00 CAD upfront payment. 
  (A popular tier for dedicated club members, and another great gift option)
  

When will I be billed each month?
To keep our stationery printing and bulk ordering organized, we run on a fixed monthly community schedule:

• Your First Payment: Happens the exact minute you click "Subscribe" on our store. This reserves your spot in the club!
• Your Recurring Payments: Will always occur on the 15th of the month when your current pass duration ends.

I just signed up! Which month's envelope am I getting?We enforce a strict monthly cutoff date on the 15th of each month to ensure we can batch-print and mail everyone's envelopes together.

• If you join between the 1st and the 15th: You pay today to receive the current month's package. It will ship out in our mid-month batch, and your next bill will align with the 15th of next month.
• If you join on the 16th or later: You pay today to secure next month's package. To ensure you aren't double-billed before your first piece of mail arrives, your billing schedule will automatically skip a cycle and won't charge you again until the 15th of the following month!

Can I give the Snail Mail Club as a gift?Absolutely! Our 6-Month and 1-Year passes make incredible, thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, grandparents, or pen-pals.

How to gift it: Simply select your desired pass length, click "Subscribe", and put the recipient's name and physical mailing address in the Shipping Address fields at checkout. Put your own card details in the Billing Address field.

Add a Gift Message: Don't forget to leave a sweet note in the "Order Notes" box on our cart page before you checkout! We will hand-write your short message onto a custom card and include it inside their very first envelope.

Will it auto-renew? 
Standard multi-month passes do auto-renew to keep the mail flowing. If you want a strictly non-renewing gift pass that automatically expires, look for our Gift Pass (Non-Renewing) variants in the menu!

When does the mail ship, and how long does it take?
We drop our batch of club envelopes at the post office together right around the 20th(ish) of every month. Because we use standard Canada Post lettermail to keep shipping fees non-existent or low-cost, your envelope will land directly inside your physical mailbox roughly 3 to 7 business days after our mail drop day. Please expect longer if you are outside of Canada

How do I pause, cancel, or change my mailing address?
If you are moving or need to take a break, updating your account is easy! You can log into your account directly on our website storefront at any time. From your personalized customer portal, you can change your shipping address, update your payment card, pause a cycle, or cancel your subscription in one click.
